location was perfect for the beach and base

Staff did not fully stock the bath towels the first floor is not secure and the hallway has an open door to the parking lot where homeless stayed

Staff was horrible. I was trying to get a room for my sister who had just dropped her marine son off at the base near the hotel. She needed a room at 11:30 pm because of a torrid rainstorm. It took me 21/2 hours to get her a room while her and her 7year old daughter sat in their car freezing. And I was charged $40 more than the Booked.net price.

The bathroom and shower were small, no place to hang towels and clothes. Something was leaking so there was always water between the toilet and shower. Hot water took a ridiculous amount of time to heat up and didn't last long.

Had a wonderful stay for the price, glad I've chosen it.

The staff was very nice and helpful in directing me to questions I had about the town. I had never been to this area before

Was not very impressed with the breakfast. It tasted too processed-not very fresh

This is our second time at this hotel. It's very close to Trestles and you can just walk. Breakfast is very good (fruits, yogurt, waffle, fresh bagels and bread). Staff is great. The place is clean and don't smell bad.

The breakfast was great, my kids LOVED the jacuzzi tub, and the rooms were super clean. Plus easy on/off the freeway, 5 min drive to everything!

I wasn't happy that my first floor room had no balcony or patio, but the staff moved me after the first night to an awesome room

The beautiful suite was spacious and had a wonderful jetted tub, made our celebration even more special. The friendly staff were always available for assistance, exceeding my previous experiences at other hotels.

Broken a/c, no mirror or sink in the bathroom

I had a decent stay with great breakfast variety, but the room cleanliness was disappointing, especially with dirty towels. I won't stay here again.

A patron came down to the front desk as I was checking in demanding a manager attend to the room immediately as their 2 year old found used needles in the couch. When I decided not to bring my family to this facility, I was still charged for an evening stay. I understand policies, but family safety and security comes first! This hotel should have been more flexible and reimbursed me or provided me with a voucher to stay in another comfort suites.

Literally nothing.

The room was dirty & smelly. the door wasn't fit properly into the frame. It was way outside of downtown. Way too expensive for the quality. Even the snacks in the lobby for sale looked old and dingy.
